Native Access 2 is a new administration tool for product activation, installation, and updates for all your Native Instruments products.
What's the difference between Native Access 2 and Native Access 1?
The new version of Native Access makes it quicker and easier to find your instruments and effects, with list, search and filter-by-genre functions. It's also now possible to manage your KOMPLETE NOW subscription from Native Access 2.
Can Native Access and Native Access 2 co-exist on my system?
On Windows computers, it is only possible to have one version installed at a time. This means that if you install Native Access 2, it will replace its predecessor.
On macOS computers, they can co-exist. Follow the steps in this article to learn how to set this up.
Which installer should I use if I am using an Apple computer?
For all Mac computers equipped with a Silicon/M1 processor, please use the ARM installer.
For all Mac computers equipped with an Intel processor, please use the Intel installer.
If you are unsure as to which type of processor your computer has, click the
icon at the top left corner of your screen, and select About this Mac.
The Chip section will indicate which processor your computer has.
Can I activate my products offline with Native Access 2?
No. Native Access 2 requires an internet connection in order to install, activate and update your products. Once your products are activated, they can be used offline.
Can I revert back to Native Access 1?
Yes. Follow the steps in this article to learn how to do this.

Will NA 1 continue to be supported?

For now yes but it will self update to NA2 at a later point.

If I want to do a fresh install (my beta doesn't want to update itself to a 'real' 2) where do I go? The download page still shows a picture of Native Access 1

You can find it here:

Seeing any migration issues when non-BETA versions of NA2 are installed over NA1?

hello, can someone here help me solve the problem, why can't I see packages from KONTAKT NOW in Native access? E.g. KOMPLETE START was automatically added to my Native Access.

it would be cool if Native Access 2 could store app-specific content locations. for example, Massive X on Windows stores its library in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Massive X Factory Library folder, and my Kontakt libraries are stored in E:\Program Files\Native Instruments folder (plus there are other locations for my Reaktor library & Maschine 2 library). I'd like Native Access 2 to remember these details so that I wouldn't have to go into settings & change the Content folder all the time, depending on what is being updated. shouldn't computers be able to do that? or am i being off-base here?

Yeah I asked the same in the other thread on NA2, it's silly that it still only offers one additional content location, making no distinction between sample content (which I prefer to go on my SSD), presets or Reaktor ensembles (which I would prefer on my main HD but NA keeps putting those on my SSD too and I'm not prepared to keep changing it every time I install/update something).

I wanted to install Wave Alchemy Revolution which I had registered and showing available for activation in NA1. To my surprise, it is nowhere to be found in NA2 ???
How I am supposed to do that now?

Please remove Subscriptions from Native Access 2 if you are not subscribed to Komplete Now!? I tried Komplete Now and cancelled but I am now offered in Available "demo" versions of instruments, expansions, etc that are subscription only but do NOT state this in the description on Native Access! Also, uninstalling individual packages from within NA2 is still a glaring omission!
