Failing to register Heavyocity product

As a registered owner of Damage, I would like to purchase Damage Machina at a 20$ discount. I need to register my product on their site first though. When i try entering my Serial number (the one I found in my NI-account under the tab "Products, serial numbers and Downloads") it's telling me it's invalid.

    If the "Damage" you are trying to use as a "registered owner" of Damage is an old NI serial - I do not believe that will work.

    If you actually purchased Damage via Heavyocity - most certainly it will work.

    I too have Damage here - but got it via some Komplete Bundle from the distant past. And while I have the product to install - I do even have a serial to see or use.

    If your Damage copy (in your NI account) is standalone copy with it's own serial - you might need to reach out to Heavocity and see why the serial does not qualify.

    PS: Machina is awesome BTW - I bought it straight up.

    Thanks for the response! I got it last year during a sale, i think. I'll try to get in touch with the support at heavyocity, see what they have to say.
