Native Access keeps forgetting libraries on external SSD

Lately, every time I connect my external SSD with all my libraries, Native Access keeps “forgetting” some of them. I open a session in Logic and find missing libraries. I go into Native Access, repair all the files, but the next time I reconnect the SSD, it forgets other libraries—sometimes the same ones, sometimes different. It seems to happen randomly, and I haven’t noticed any specific pattern, except that every time, some library ends up being forgotten.

Is this just happening to me, or is it a known bug?
