in Maschine

Hey I just got my Maschine MK3 from Mercari - was supposed to be brand new but the Serial seems to be used already. I already made a ticket with all the relevant information to support but they seem offline. I'd really like to start playing over the weekend. Any way I can use Maschine without the serial?

    Sorry but only N.I. Account Support can help you with that and they do not work weekends.

    Since you already has made a ticket then wait for support to get back to you and also check the email spam folder if you do not receive a response within a few days.
