NA not working EVERY time one updates

    Is it possible with Native Instruments - of which I only purchased one cheap plug-in and never purchased anything else again - there is ALWAYS a flipping software problem… ALWAYS!

    1. NA not working EVERY time one updates…
    2. NTK's fault for 1., then you waste time to get latest version NA does NOT even mention to fix it
    3. sometime it fixes it, sometime no - see other forums!
    4. When NA works - usually do after you fix THEIR bugs, it takes ages to install a plug-in… literally hours
    5. after a long time you get it hanging there wit ha window in the middle of the screen

    In my particular case at present, I came here trying to understand what the heck is going on with Komplete Select!

    Since last night I wasted about 6 hours already and instead of relaxing on a weekend, I am no stressed AGAIN!

    Since I am a owner of a KeyLab MK3, I get the voucher from Arturia account, which is not a voucher, but they call it voucher!
    I actually have a Licence KEY under the name NA Komplete Select - but it is a NA licence key really!

    I also done this:

    Komplete Select is NOT even listed in the NA as NA says!

    I search for hints on what to do on NA site and there are a number of links that do not work - this is one:

    It comes up, but I am already signed in - typical NA problems, that is why I steer clear - sorry but…!

    So, I re-installed NA and then used the add licence key and added the NA Komplete Select and NA states, you have a new plug-in!
    Really? That is 'The Gentleman', but no 'Select'

    I am done for now, since I am not able to contact NI support - ridiculous Company.

    NI keeps buying and aggregating other Audio Companies, but do not spend a penny to make their BUGGY software work!

    I am on a PC 32Gb Memory, i7 CPU Windows 11 Pro - 'A L L' … works fine but NI applications!

    Yes, permission are fine, even though I have a tight firewall and yes Aria2c.exe (which I do not trust one bit - search internet about is) is allowed to connect.

    Unfortunately you are obliterating Audio Companies and annihilating them all, I sincerely hope you WILL fix your constant problems I have been having for years and I always end up not using NI, but your annihilation is forcing me to use it!

    Thank you for keeping my stress up on a 'supposed to be' relaxing weekend - have done NO music at all since 8am - now it 11:30 !

    I guess I am wasting my time here as NI probably does not even ready any of these posts unless it is in their interest!

    Hello Aurasic, sorry for your frustration.

    According to the Komplete Sleect, normally, you should receive a voucher to choose the Komplete 15 Select version that you wished after your purchase. Because there are 3 different type of Komplete Select that you can choose in between.

    However, if you haven't receive your voucher to select your Komplete Select version via an email, please create a support ticket or open a chat support using the link below:

    As expected and as usual, I fixed it with Arturia… NOT NI !

    I sincerely hope Arturia will not be bought by NI or it will ruin it.

    Sorry, just a fact.

    Also NI Komplete 'just added' offers - after I registered Komplete Select, are the same as non customers!

    THAT… does not happen with Arturia, offers are genuine.
