    @Chris Shelving What error message exactly? Can you post a screenshot? Where are you based? I just tested the whole process again and the ticket was created without any issue.

    I can't log out of the AI.

    I need to speak to NI technical support and discuss my problem with the Komplete Kontrol MK2 S49 keyboard.
