The downloaded is stuck.
I remember that as being a problem for me too , you can get it unstuck but it will just get stuck again I think. So I think that you need to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask them help fix the problem.

Downloads can get stuck for a variety of reasons. Internet, ISP, or a Windows computer that hasn't been rebooted in a year. Could be that you might need to reboot your router/broadband device, which can force it to get a new IP address. Could also be that you're out of disk space on a partition that the process needs.
