Native Access 2 not recognizing Serial Number

I have Kontakt 5 that I purchased as an original owner. Upon upgrading my PC to Windows 11 I cannot register it using Native Access 2. I see the SN in my account online. I don't understand why I cannot install it.

    If you see the serial in your NI account - there is no need to enter it within Native Access.

    And when you say you cannot install it - what does that mean exactly?

    Error message on screen? Nothing happens on screen? Some screencaps of what you see - would be helpful.

    Finally - if you do see K5 registered to your (online) NI Account - but do not see K5 within Native Access at all - that is a different issue.

    Usually has something to do with the credentials you are using to login to Native Access with. The credentials must be identical when logging in online and into NA.
