Hi there,
I am relocating 400+ libraries already inside my HD in my new computer (migrate from old computer).
Is there a fast way to relocate them in one click without doing it one by one? 😪😥

I would prefer to avoid third party apps, I want to use an official way…

I am on a new Mac Studio with macOS Sequoia using Kontakt 8 and Native Access 2.

Thank you,
Pedro

    Hello,

have you tried to go to the lower left of the GUI, there click on "support" and then select "repair installed products"

    Doesn't work!
If you already installed the Software once and then move somewhere else this works but if you never made a first realocation to the software it doesn't even try to find it! Do this is great but doesn't work on new installs. Has to be made one by one…

You used the word "relocate" in your title. You would only be relocating if you've previously installed things, then moved the location. If you're doing a new install then you're not relocating anything.

@Pedro Camacho Native Access 3.18 changed a little on this aspect. Have you tried this section?

If you click here and locate the folder where you copied the libraries, that should do the trick.

Figured out a solution! I actually had 800 libraries and software under Native Access:

    1) Go to your old mac folder called: [MAC_NAME]/[MAIN_HARD_DRIVE_NAME]/Library/Preferences

    2) Copy all files that start with “.com.native-instruments.” to your new MAC in any normal folder (ex:Documents/Stuff)

    3) Reboot your new Mac

    4) Don’t open the Native Instruments’s Native Access

    5) Copy ALL files to this folder: [NEW_MAC_NAME]/[NEW_MAIN_HARD_DRIVE_NAME]/Library/Preferences

    6) The libraries that are in different drives or places will be shown with “repair” (thank you @Uwe303 for this part!)

    7) Use the bottom left option called Support -> “Repair installed Products”
All done in less than 10 minutes.
