repair Instruments

In my native account, every time I open my computer new, several Instruments are not connected anymore and I have to reconnect them manually. Does somebody have an Iidea what's wrong and what can I do, that they stay normal in my account?

-i think that you might be experiencing the same as here , which has been put forward as a possible bug either in N.A. or in Mac OS :
