CrystalBall Kit is missing?

Greetings,

I'm following the tutorial How to make a slap house track. It says

Load up the CrystalBall Kit in BATTERY 4

I installed Battery 4 Factory Library and Battery Now Library, but there is no CrystalBall Kit. Was It removed from Libraries or I missing something? Please help.
