i own a traktor pro and i would like to istall to my new windows laptop.
How is that possible?

Are you sure you logged in with the correct account?
If you open this side and log in, do you see Traktor in your account?

You must install Native Access on your new laptop and from there install Traktor
traktor pro 3 is not included in native access
What OS version do you have installed on your computer? What Native Access version do you have installed? Asking these just in case that you are logging into the correct account.

Make sure that the version of Traktor Pro that you want to install is compatible with your OS : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
Then log into the correct account using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then install the app using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Currently using Traktor Pro 3 on my old MacBook, and now I'm going to use my new MacBook M4.
