Hi, I'm new to Native Instruments and need some help. I bought a second-hand license for Session Horns Pro. It shows up in my NI account with the serial number, but when I try to enter it in Native Access, I get a message saying the serial is already registered. I can't find another way to install it. Any advice?

Please do not post pictures of serials on-line - I have edited your picture.

Else then exit N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

Then if there then also remove the product JSON file from Mac equivalent of \Native Instruments\installed_products

Then restart latest version of Native Access for your OS

Good news, Deleting the .XML file has worked

@The Alt. Sessions I see that you have already contacted my colleagues about it. They should get back to you as soon as possible. When I check your account, I can see the Session Horns Pro serial. Is it not showing in Native Access?

Make sure you are logged in to the correct account in Native Access, make sure you use the latest version of it: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
