Kontakt 8 integration with Kontrol S88 failure

Hi, I work in Cubase and my Kontrol S88 mk2 doesn't give to me the screen interface with kontakt instruments. Browser and plugin buttons are turned off e so I can't select the VST, the patch and control the instruments through the encoders. Instead, it works normally when I insert Komplete Kontrol in my instrument track. Thanks. What can I do?

Mk2 series cannot work with Kontakt directly, only via the Komplete Kontrol software.

Only Mk3 series can work with Kontakt directly.

I do not know exactly about this but have you tried "hold SHIFT and press button 5" to see if that makes any difference ?
