Mac - Products updates download failed

I use Native Access for years and have the latest version installed.

I'm unable to download the updates that are made available for many products that are installed in my computer.

Error message for every updates: "Download failed"

I never had this issue before.

The customers support servives automated messages for solution to that error message don't apply to my case as I don't use Apple private relay.

How to make the updates if there is now way anymore to download those updates ?

I use McBook Pro Intel, with Sonoma 14.7.4, 32 Go Ram, hard disk free space: 333 Go

I just updated the latest version of Native Access

now the updates are possible

annoying to always have to sync Operating system upgrades with all plugins and software upgrades.

Hours of desk work instead of working on music projects

Anyway I love the NI products

Have you double checked that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And also check that you have sufficient disk space available on both system and download drive and that space has not been taken by e.g. snapshots.

@Gerry2024 Have you tried the latest version of Native Access, 3.18? It should fix a lot of issues with failing updates.
