Cannot select external deck? Any Ideas?

Hi All

I've just got a new turntable (Reloop 7000 MK2) and trying to connect to S4 Mk3. It works fine in stand alone mixer mode on deck c (deck has line out level output), (PC turned off) with the Ext button on, but as soon as I turn on my PC (win 11) - even without Traktor running, the Ext button turns off, and you can't select Ext on any channel. Tried all settings I can think of, and uninstalling and reinstalling drivers etc - but I'm at a loss

Any Ideas please?

    Pressing the EXT should just switch the deck to external mode when the software is running.

    You might also need to start the phono pre-amp (Shift + EXT i think) and make sure the input routing is correct. When you do that, do you see any blue bar moving in the input routing settings page? Can you take a screenshot?

    thanks for reply. The Ext button light goes out as soon as pc is turned on - software not even running, and cannot be reselected until pc is off, or the usb is unplugged.

    no different if software is running - Ext cannot be selected / the button does not work

    Just updated to the new Pro4 software and it seems to have fixed it
