Kontakt 7 not connecting libraries

Moved all my NI libraries to a new external, made sure Native Access shows correct installation path to all of them, but when I open Kontakt 7 now (standalone or DAW) it shows all my libraries on the left but says they are missing w/ a big red triangle exclamation point. I can drag each individual instrument in but it doesnt save and also spikes the Disc Usage, so I'm not really sure how to make sure Kontakt 7 and all my libraries are talking to each other again.
I've tried reinstalling Kontakt 7, important to note that instruments I drag in DO work and I hear sound. I'm not sure what is the problem here.

Sounds as you have missed important steps, it's not enough to simply set content path in Native Access to new location :
Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer
Using the Repair / Relocate All Function in Native Access
Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries

so I actually just learned - Native Access needs analytics.tiktok …. I have social media blocked on my computer for personal reasons… this isnt something that is advertised anywhere and no tech support has mentioned this to me. I'm almost positive this is the issue for full relocation and everything connecting to each other, but we will see.

First time that I ever heard about this.
@Mert_NI , do you have any knowledge on this or any comment ?

yeah no tech support or community board has been able to help, Native Access just randomly gives me this alert about 50% of the time I try to log in - I'm almost positive its whats been affecting my issues - because I have tiktok.com blocked on my computer for personal reasons

I would be very surprised to learn that anything N.I. app contacts TikTok , if this is happening then it sounds more like a malware/virus problem to me. Or some third party software that you use in conjunction with the N.I. app.

I looked it up : Reference discussion
Quote source thread : EvilDragon KSP Wizard , EvilDragon is N.I.'s KSP Wizard
I asked NA's product owner, he confirmed NA is not sending nor requesting anything from FB or TT. False positive it is, then..
So appear as either this is a "false positive" or there is some other problem on your computer. But I have called for Mert_NI so you can see what he says.

Nah , I’m pretty conscious about my privacy and security on my Mac, all I have to say is tech-support better reach me ASAP or I’m gonna keep blasting that they have not disclosed their app relies on third-party analytics servers like TikTok for core functions such as relocating libraries, meaning the app silently breaks if you block these domains.
This behavior was never clearly disclosed to users and raises serious concerns about privacy, software design, and potential GDPR violations.

sorry didn’t mean to post this comment twice, but all I know for certain is that native instruments is not allowing me to access my account with a very clear notification. It is calling for a third-party that I have blocked on my computer. I take my security and privacy very seriously, I’ve not encountered any issue like this with anything else on my computer ever. I have screenshots of all these things, I did everything the correct way that native instruments tech-support has told me to do, the plug-ins are not speaking to each other
I guess we will find out tonight after my girlfriend unblocked TikTok to see if all these things start magically working again0 -

I am convinced that this TikTok alert is not a N.A. problem but a problem with a third party app software that you use that coming up with a false result.
Tech support is not going to reach you unless that you reach out to them first. : N.I. Native Access and Installation Support . Mert_NI who will hopefully arrive here tomorrow (?) is forum Customer Care.

N.I. is not blocking you from having access to your software. Either you have a N.I. software problem that needs to be corrected or you are using a third party software that comes up with the wrong result and blocks the N.I. software for no good reason.
In the case where you have a N.I. software problem then you need to work with N.I. support to solve the problem. Also I am not a N.I. employee but if you want forum help then you need to respond to people and you didn't respond back on my initial post above , instead you switched track to this TikTok problem.
I have no idea what is going on on your computer or why you are getting these alerts but if there is a problem then you need to solve it with N.I. Native Access and Installation Support if Mert_NI can not help you.

you low-key sound like a native worker lol but yeah, all these problems only started occurring when I started switching library locations to an external and had TikTok blocked on my computer, again I’ve not had any other issue on any part of my computer with any software, I’ll see tonight if unblocking TikTok actually fixes the problem. I have screenshots of everything.

Being a Moderator here then I am not a N.I. employee and we the Moderators call it as we see it.

Great that you have screenshots that might help when/if trying to find out what is the actual problem :-)

what would the actual problem be? very clear that native access was trying to access analytics at TikTok? This is not a false positive and it’s definitely not a virus, everything else on my computer is working perfectly fine.

@astrodarke We have zero interaction or need for interaction with TikTok what so ever. This also seems to be a result of the Screen Time app, that has little to do with Native Access or Music software. How did you install Native Access? Did you download it from here?
I see that you contacted my colleagues, please include all these informations & screenshots so my colleagues can investigate why you are seeing this and hopefully fix your issues as well.1
