so i use the KONTROL S61N for like 3-4 months and since 2 Days it always Turn off when i use is. So i replaced the Connection Wire and it still does not work.
So can someone please tell me how i get support to let it Repair?
You are talking about a S61 Mk3 you bought new 3 to 4 months ago or did you buy it used? If you bought it new: You still have warranty (Gewährleistung in German). To use your warranty rights contact the shop where you bought your keyboard.
If you bought directly from NI or don't want to use warranty: Go to NI website. Log in with your account. Go to Support → Product Support → Hardware Support and fill the form.
