Maschine+ software

Hi

I've been using M+ in pure standalone for about 2 years, which is great, but I want to explore moving it onto the laptop. I think I know that my purchase of the M+ gives me the Maschine 2 software, but I can't get anywhere with this when I search.
Does it?
Is it free to me?
How do I get it?

Any base software coming with the hardware should automatically be registered to your account when/if you register the hardware serial to your account. You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. If you did not get any base software registered to your account when registering the hardware and did not get any vouchers in email either to get the software then you need to contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Purchase Support so that they can fix the problem.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS . Also then Native Access will not show products not compatible with your OS (?)

Else if software product is registered to your account but do not show in N.A. then you can also try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
