Thats the issue.
If your Komplete is part of a hardware bundle - it cannot be registered/activated in advance of getting the hardware.
You will need to register the hardware when you get it and that should trigger the Komplete bundle activations. Right now - Komplete is looking for its "base product" - which is your keyboard.
Until it can see that in your account - this bundle will only function as DEMO and really cannot be used.

What OS? What version of Native Access?
Have you actually checked your Native Instruments account - online via web browser to confirm your products and licenses?
If everything is solid IN your NI acct - there is no need to enter any serials or anything else once you login to Native Access. You should see all your products - ready to roll.
yes - that's where I got the serial number for the bundle
I bought the S88/Ultimate bundle but haven't received the keyboard yet - I did get an e-mail saying I could download the libraries
Sequoia 15.4.1
Native Access Version 3.17.0
yes - that's where I got the serial number for the bundleI bought the S88/Ultimate bundle but haven't received the keyboard yet - I did get an e-mail saying I could download the libraries
entered Komplete serial number manually - "missing base product" error - followed instructions
Your problem is that first you need to register the hardware , then Komplete 15 Select , then the Komplete 15 Ultimate upgrade ,
Registering the hardware will result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero.
You are supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code.
When you have thus registered the Select to your account then you can register the K15 Ultimate bundle upgrade code to the account.
If you didn't get the emails then check email spam folder .
If still no luck finding the code for the K15 Select then contact N.I. Purchase Support
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
ah! — I did see something to that effect but I couldn't believe they would send me an e-mail saying I could download the libraries… oh, wait - I did download the libraries, they just didn't say I couldn't activate them yet!
Appreciate your help! Thx! -m
thx Poorfellow - I spent quite a lot of time on the Support pages before I posted here - that's how I knew to delete the folder and xml first.
Appreciate your help! -m
