The installer puts them in the right places - use the Arturia Software Centre to install - don't move stuff afterwards!

Sounds like maybe you deselected VST3 - you need that not AU

KK doesn't need AU to work - you are having problems because you have not installed the NKS properly

Thanks again for your help and support

I follow the guide provided by Freelancesoundlabs and I was installing them in the right place. Not working though.

I know KK doesn't need AU but for some reason that's what it's letting KK see some VST3 that with out that Plugin Location scanned wouldn't be showing up 🤷‍♂️

For some reason ASC is not working on my system (No VPN, Firewall or anything blocking access)

May be there's something wrong beyond NI or Arturia in my system but can't figure it out

I've never done anything (Installation wise) with NKS
They've always found their way to work or not, so I'm not sure what to do different. As mentioned at one point I've re-installed all my KONTAKT library in the same way as I did when it was working and now it's not working.
BTW All what I have installed now comes directly from Native Access so I'd assume that there is no need of additional or manual installation for NKS but obviously that's not the case.
I'll do it, I just need to know where do I found the NKS? 😉

That’s because that guide is for user made NKS, not Factory NKS. Arturia provide their own installer and it puts them in the collect locations and adds the paths KK settings, if you move them around it just breaks the links.

If ASC is not working you can download Arturia installers from their website but just make sure to run a custom install and select VST3 and third party content (that includes the NKS)

Thank you , my bad , did not imagine that someone would be moving the factory NKS 🤔

Oh yes , and you referred to this (which I comprehended as being about the FreelanceSoundlabs version) :

You need to install the NKS version for the Arturia plugins
    See this thread

I think there is clearly something wrong on your system if both Native Access and Arturia Software centre are not working properly. I'm guessing probably this is a permissions thing. Have you allowed ASC and Native Access full disk access and access to the local network? What OS are you on?

    Yes

As mentioned before, no Firewall, no VPN, full disk access for NA and ASC

I NEVER move NKS out of place

I did full install of everything (including VST VST3 AU and NKS is they come with Installer)

This is what it's driving me crazy, I've never done anything you are saying may've cause the problem and I've done everything that should be done to fix this issue and nothing seems to work.

    Any other tip?

What would you do if after starting from scratch KO is not working?

Where to start for troubleshooting this issue?

All apps are opening in Rosetta (or not but doesn't make any difference)

No blocking apps (No VPN, Firewall etc)

Granted full disk access (for everything NIA ASC KO)

Scan and rescan several times from StandAlone and DAW

    Any other idea?

But you said you moved the NKS already and we know Arturia Software Centre is also not working on your system so this is more than just a problem with Komplete Kontrol. There is no need to use Rosetta and if you do you must do a full plugin rescan back in Native mode because that will also affect some NKS (because some plugins like u-he switch modes when working in Rosetta)

I NEVER move NKS out of place

I didn't' know where to install these nksf files so I put them in this locations:
    /Users/{YourUsername}/Documents/Native Instruments/User Content/{PlugInName}
    /Users/Shared/NI Resources/dist_database/{PluginName}

As far as I remember then you are not supposed to 'put' the NKS anywhere unless that you are using FreelanceSoundlabs NKS extensions , since to get standard Arturia NKS installed then what you have to do is to install the Arturia software from scratch using the ASC and then select install third party content as described by Kymeia here.

What would you do if after starting from scratch KO is not working?

I am really confused by your use of KO , do you mean KK (Komplete Kontrol ?).

Anyway then both Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt gets some of it's information from Native Access why often then the Native Access XML needs to be reset before a reset of the Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt DB , but I am not sure that N.A. has any influence when it comes to Arturia NKS. What you want to do at least is : after installation of the Arturia software and Arturia NKS using Arturia Software Center then you can reset the Komplete Kontrol DB and it's PAL DB and browser data to see if that helps :

My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete

Product Pictures are Missing in the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine 2 Browser

    Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database
