Activation not possible

Hi, I have bought Massive and FM8. I ALWAYS have to activate these apps and then they close. I have tried everything I can find online, re-entered serials, re-downloaded, uninstalled Native Access, re-installed and a lot more since months now. Is is as good as impossible to contact NI and I am out ideas. ASny help would be much appreciated. TIA

What OS? What version of Native Access?
Power Tip - first check your actual NI Acct via the NI website to determine definitively that Massive and FM8 are in fact registered to you.
If these products do not appear under My Products and Serials - no amount of futzing around in Native Access will help.
Also - you must ensure whatever credentials you use to check your NI acct - are identical to what you use for Native Access - any variance here will result in confusion.
Need some decent background info to determine what is going on.

So, I logged out in NA, logged in again with the exact credentials from the site where I find my serials. Same thing again, activate and gone!

Reinstalled FM8, entered the serial, get a message that I have succesfully entered the serial, opened FM8, get the activate dialog, push activate and the app closes. Again and again. This is what I have been trying for the last months. It doesn't work. Every free plugin works. Please let me know what info you need more?

If I press Buy, I get taken to the shop, where it says I don't qualify for an upgrade. I bought the program!

What version of NA are you using? It needs to be v3.17.0
And I do not know what you mean about a Buy button. Would need to see screencaps of what Native Access looks like on you machine.
If you had NAv1 on there it needs to be completely uninstalled before installing 3.17.0

I uninstalled en reinstalled everything at least 5x over the past months, NA even asked me to update, which I did. I have 3.17.0.
This is the dialog I get when I open FM8, the same happens with Massive.
When I press Activate, the program closes. When I press Buy, I get taken to the vendor. I haven't tried Run Demo yet, it is messed up enough as it is.Thank you for trying to help!

This dialog indicates a non-activated state.
If FM8 is on your NI account and in good standing - meaning a retail product serial is beside the prpduct - like this:
AND - you are using the correct credentials in NA - the identical creds that you use to access your NI Account - there should only be an Install button and nothing else to do.
There is no need to add serials, press Activate or Buy or anything else.
I have FM8 here - and all I had to do was click Install.
There appears to be a disconnect between your NI acct and Native Access - the best suggestion I can make now is to log a ticket with support and have them look into this.

Have you tried running both Native Access and Massive and FM8 as an Admin ?
Else then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Massive and FM8 product XML) then restart computer and first run N.A. as an Admin then the same for the app to see if that helps.
