download link that never shows up

I registered the serial, it knows that supposedly I have the software but I have never been able to download this because it doesn't shows up in the native access.

Procedure is :

Register the K15 bundle serial in Native Access using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Then restart computer and log in to same account again in Native Access .

Then if logged into same account and if using latest version of Native Access and you are using a compatible OS then the content items that the bundle consists of should show for download in Native Access.

If having done the above and still logged into the same correct account (MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS) then if the products do not show in N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access then reboot and try again.

After registration then the Bundle only shows by bundle name at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page while also only showing in Native Access as the products that the bundle consists of , meaning that you will not see list of the products that the bundle consists of on the internet page only the bundle name as registered and you will not see the bundle name as registered in Native Access only all the products that the bundle consists of. 🤔
