Native Access cancelled 360 Essentials subscription

Within Native Access my cancelled 360 Essentials subscription is still showing up and the products included are showing up in My Library making it very confusing to determine what to install as don't know what I own and don't.
Is there anyway to resolve this? Thanks

This is a known issue. You will have to ask N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to see if they can fix it.

I have asked, they said it can't be fixed.
Surely a way to fix this would be to remove the 360 Essentials serial number?

Since this is a server side / account problem then only N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support can help you , and those are the ones that you should direct the questions to. We in the forum have no way of fixing the issue.
The only other way would be if all the products that you own are transferable and that you made a new account and transferred all the products to that account. But that is very cumbersome and typically then people have products that are non-transferable , and in any case then that would only work until next time with same situation.
Only real 'fix' is to approach N.I. Account Support politely once in a while and check if they have gained the ability to fix the problem. N.I. are most likely working on a way to fix the problem but most likely it has a very low priority.
