Kontakt Factory Libraries are missing?
Hi!
I tried downloading Kontakt Factory Library onto my external hard drive, but I can't seem to access it in Kontakt even though native access shows it as being downloaded. Would be great if someone a bit smarter than me when it comes to tech knows what the issue is! I've attached a couple of screenshots to show what I mean. Cheers.

As far as I can see then you already have the Kontakt Factory library in your Kontakt , try first selecting reset shown in interface screenshot then select Kontakt.
Else then if that doesn't help then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
