licence transfer ?

Hi!
I have a question about something I did wrong...
I registered my Komplet keyboard with a different email address a few years ago,
and I'd like to revert it to my Native username, which I use to subscribe to Izotope, etc.
I can't figure out how to do this. Do I need to transfer the license?

Should be possible to do this with a licece transfer. Another way would be to contact support to merge both accounts.

I thought a license transfer was for transferring it from one person to another (different) person i.e. buying and selling. If the license belongs to the same person it shouldn't need transferring.

But should work out anyway. A transfer is nothing else as transferring a licence from one NI account to another NI account. If both accounts belong to the same person shouldn't matter technically. And this way may save to contact support.

    What maniacintosh81 wrote ,

either transfer the serial from account to account using a transfer ID like if as had you sold the unit to someone else (Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer) , or ask Account Support to merge the accounts for you just be sure to tell which account to merge into.

    Hey!
Thank you very much for these precise and quick answers!

In fact, I logged in with my other address on Native Access,
which allowed me to find my favorite programs (including The Gentleman in particular)...
unfortunately, it installed perfectly but shows me an error message if I try to launch an instrument....
I think I'm really going to have to migrate my "old" account or maybe delete the applications
concerned that are still running on my old PC?

(I wanted to transfer all my musical setup to my new PC before deleting it from my old one,
and in the end everything works perfectly except that!
Izotope, Studio One, EZ Drummer, everything is duplicated...why not Maschine 2 or The Gentleman??)

really thank you again for your answers!!
