S4 MK3 WAVEFORM LAGGING WHILE BROWSING INTO SMART LISTS/SIGNAL

Hello I have a new Mac Book M3 PRO 18RAM 1TB .I have also a new Traktor S4 MK3.

My problem is when I browsing into my smart lists waveform is lagging like freezing and I don't know what is the problem.Cpu is barely moving.I try to solve this but nothing.

Also my second problem is when I scratch the jog wheels some times the signal indicator on Traktor Pro 4 appears to be white and I have signal like I am playing music when I don't.If I hit/move the cogwheel this stops.Also this happens only on Traktor Pro 4 and no in Traktor Pro 3 !The waveform lagging on both softwares while I am browsing into my lists !

Can somebody helps me please what to do?

I have the exact same problem. But it doesn’t seem to do it when I use my s2 mk2 controller or my s8

Can it be something with the s4 and traktor pro

Can native please give an answer ?

it’s the second time I ask NI for help and get absolutely no reply

I love traktor been using for over 10 years but support has really been disappointing lately

yes it’s when the 2 are connected

I have to browse playlists with the browser buttons on the actual s4 . Sometimes I get waveform freezes no audio dropouts though . It even happens sometimes when I load a track onto a deck the waveform playing on the other deck might freeze ( the freeze only last one to two seconds )
