Every time I install a new set of AMD Chipset drivers it triggers a Native Instruments installer?
There seems to be either a GUID conflict or NI drivers have incorrect registry entries or malformed registry entries.

You should report this to N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
Multiple NI installers are buggy like that, and uninstalling from Native Access can wipe out all Windows Installer entries from the registry, breaking tons of software on your computer (as they will no longer know if components are installed, and you won't be able to cleanly install many applications).
I had to completely reset a computer after uninstalling a library from Native Access 2 because of this. The machine was practically unusable as half of my software would error out on launch and I couldn't reinstall them because I couldn't properly uninstall them, and they'd just tell me they were already installed and exit the installer if I attempted to install them on top of themselves.
