Driver S3 is missing

Hi, I've just bought a S3 and, in my Pro 3 & the pro 4 the driver is missing. In my registred products, it's ok but not in native acces.

How can i dl the driver ?

I don't think there's an ASIO driver for the S3. Use WASAPI Exclusive.

ok, so why it doesn’t work ?
i can select a track but i can’t play it.
The loudspeaker icon is red and i can’t select the output channel

Can you post a screen shot of your Audio setup in Traktor, and which devices are listed, please?

So I'm currently using https://asio4all.org/about/download-asio4all/ for the S3🙂

ASIO4all isn't an ASIO driver. In this use case it's doing nothing different to using the correct WASAPI driver.

I wish i could send you a screen but now, when I plug my S3 the soft crashes. My computer is ok, because it works very well with my Audio 6.

Plug the S3 in without opening Traktor.

Open Device manager - there should be some drivers for the S3 in the Sound Video and game controllers section. Uninstall them. Then unplug the S3 and reboot. Launch Traktor and wait for it to do the scans etc. then plug the S3 back in. It should pop up a message asking if you want to use the S3 as your audio device, so click yes.
