Native Access won’t load

I’m trying to load Native Access but it keeps telling me I have to “Reload Native Access and try again” I do that and I’m stuck in a loop. Nothing changes.
[Rant On] I’m convinced that Zendesk is worthless. I sent them details and a screenshot. DAYS LATER when waiting for help, they sent me an email asking for a screenshot. They either don’t know how to read or don’t care enough to help. The only thing they do well is ask for a positive review. I’ve found this to be consistent with various tools using Zendesk. [Okay Rant Over]
I have bought plug-ins that require Native Access to work. Does anyone know how to get it to load correctly on my MacBook Pro?

As I wrote as response to your post in the other thread before finding your own thread here then you need to continue to work with Support to fix the issue. And for that process to continue then you should answer support promptly every time including to clear up any misunderstandings.
Of course you are allowed to ask for help in the community while you work with support if that is what you want but generally then Support knows the most and they have all the resources.
I have placed standard troubleshooting links below here , but else then as VocalPoint writes then we need details including a screenshot of any errors .
Standard Mac advice is to be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
And ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format (APFS) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)
Native Access Freezes on “Installing Dependencies“ at Startup

Hello anthonymdavis,
I assume there is a misunderstanding here cause, I was the agent who asked for the screenshot and I asked for a screenshot cause there was no screenshot at the request which could help us to understand the issue better to help you to solve that as soon as possible. However we are sorry if there is any frustration about it.
I answered your request from the email as it is a better way to handle this situation.
I hope this helps☺️

The latest version. Support has been NO help to me. When I send them a screenshot, they send me an email asking for a screenshot. That's not helpful on their part at all.

When following the path to reload NTK Daemon, there is none when I open NA in Applications > Content > Resources.
I hadn't found an NTK Daemon anywhere on my Mac.0 -
OKAY… I found an NTK DAEMON file online and loaded it. After a couple tries, things are finally working.

Great that things are working. We , Mert_NI and I , have then marked your issue as solved 🙂
Due to the Mac security then you should check the general Mac guides I posted earlier.
Hope that you N.I. experiences will be smoother in the future.

Thank you. I’m glad it’s working as well. Days without getting any production done was pretty frustrating. Fortunately, after finding a place to get the NTK DAEMON and reloading it, it made the difference.
I’m not sure why it dropped off in the first place. Last week I received an email telling me that I could get a copy of a 15 pack of plug-ins because I use an M-Audio MIDI. As soon as I got them, Native Access stopped working. I can’t imagine one thing would cause the other, but ya never know
