New download issues with Claire Avant

It doesn't happen to every customer, I was also able to download and install it without any issue. We're still investigating, feel free to reach out to support to get the installer if needed.

Hey all, the issue should be resolved now, please refresh Native Access and the correct product should show and you should be able to download and install it. Sorry about that little glitch and thanks for your patience.

….and it's downloading now. No error message, no doing anything out of the ordinary.
Just opening Native Access and clicking 'Install'.

I have finally downloaded and installed the bundle, but both show they are in demo mode. As serials are no longer provided for Native Access 2 installs how do I activate the products?

I'm wondering if it would be because of the crossgrade you chose, please get in touch with our support, my colleagues can work this out.

Maybe go to your NI account page, copy the serial from the My Products and Serials page and enter it into Native Access.

I think I chose the crossgrade from Noire as part of Komplete 13 or 14. It is not clear how I can put my issue forward for support via the link you provided or any of the available subsequent link options.

The Native Access or Purchase & Account should work for your case, you'll be directed to the chatbot anyway.

OK, I managed to chat with someone from support. You were right, it was a crossgrade problem. I thought I could crossgrade from Noire which I had via Komplete 14 Standard but apparently, you can only do that if I have Komplete 15 which is something I missed. Given the products I have purchased separately, it doesn't make economic sense at the moment to pay to upgrade to Komplete 15 and then also pay to buy the product. So support has exceptionally in this case agreed to process a refund.

I have just purchased the Claire/Claire-Avant bundle today. Both installed successfully in Native Access. Installation paths look good. In Kontakt 8 I can see (and use) Claire in the library, but not Claire-Avant.

Hi, I just installed claire avant (I don't have claire). Native acess showed that the installation was successfull. But claire avant doesn't show up in Kontakt 8. Restart ect. doesn't solve the problem.
