M32 Factory Reset?

My M32 has started constantly sending MIDI CC data for a couple of it's knobs. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or something else so I want to do a Factory Reset on the device to see if this makes any difference.
I can't find any information anywhere on how to do this (if indeed it's possible). Does anyone know - or have any suggestions?

I do not know where the M32 templates are stored so I don't know where to delete or if they are at same place as for the S-series MK2 (probably not) Try making and loading an empty midi template : How to Use the MIDI Assignment Editor for Komplete Kontrol A-Series / M32 Keyboards .
Else try the How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller to see if it is a hardware problem.

There is no factory reset because there is no data stored on the keyboards, nothing to "reset"
Which specific controls are sending data? If this "jitter" data, I.E is it just a couple of close by values being sent which may indicate an issue with the actual controls, or is it wildly varying data?
Could be some kind of interference in the keyboard, are you using the original USB lead for the keyboard? Are you connected to a USB hub? Have you trie dunplugging the keyboard and testing in a different USB port?
in any event, if the control appears to be sending rogue data, wont matter what template you use or what you do, no way to really solve that. I ahve an old MIDI keyboard (20+ years now) that has constant data from a few parameters. Can sometimes silence it by twisting the controls a bit but it's the potentiometer starting to fail.

Thank you for the suggestions, PoorFellow and JesterMgee. I'm starting to suspect that there might be an issue with the hardware. After disconnecting the M32 from my PC for 24 hours, everything works fine for several hours after I reconnect it again. However, after some time, a couple of the controllers begin to send "jittered" data, which typically involves a variation of +/- 1 CC value. If I disconnect and reconnect the device, it works well again for a few hours. The M32 is also connected using the original USB lead through a powered USB hub (why don't modern computers have more USB ports on them? 😆) so this might be part of the issue too.

Yeah I would just rule out the hub and try connect direct if possible. If you are on a mac, just get a USB-C adapter cable or something. Sometimes powered hubs can be made cheap (especially no name brand ones) and they can induce noise or poor grounding connections which may affect some devices.
Is the issue occurring with all the controls, like everything seems to send jitter or is it a specific control/s?
Also, is your PC a tower or a laptop? If laptop, when you get the jitter issue try and disconnect the power supply from the laptop and run it from battery. Because you have a powered hub it could be a ground potential issue between the PC and the Hub, especially if they happen to be connected to 2 different power outlets, not the same power strip.
Something tells me the issue is the hub. Is it branded? What hub is it?
