I've been wasting my time almost 3 hours
I have changed my computer and external hard drive too.
I know I have to set up again the location of NI libraries to call up the instruments. I did it through Native Access.
My original 'Kontakt' works fine with the instrument but somehow Kontakt 7 and 8 don't work since they keep saying they can't find the external hard drive.
Please help me guys. I dont know how to solve this problem.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : NativeAccess Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries
Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer
Using the Repair / Relocate All Function in Native Access
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Thanks PoorFellow.
I solved my problem. I thought I was using the latest version of Native Access but actually I wasn't….
I downloaded the latest version of the Native Access and set up the new folder of my recent external hard drive for the libraries and all the problems were solved. Kontakt 8 works now.
Thanks man
