NTKDaemon constantly tries to install Helper Tool after each reboot

My NTKDaemon on my Sequoia Mac constantly tries to install Helper Tool after each reboot. This has been reported by others as well:

  Came here looking for answers. I can't download Guitar Rig 7 or world instruments because NTK Daemon error regarding full access….which it has already.
