When can I expect a 2nd email

I put in a request after I put in a request for a new registration code after I bought a 2nd hand Maschine MK3 from musiciansfriend and to begin with they should of never taken one to begin with without the guy unregistering the unit first. I never knew it could be such a pain with this process. I got one email telling me they need proof of purchase along with a photo of serial number which I provided to them so now I have to wait on them to get me a new registration number but know knows when that will be, so does anyone know how long it takes to get a new registration code from a 2nd hand maschine?

    It shouldn't take too long, depends on support workload. If you don't hear anything by the end of the week let us know and we can tag someone in NI customer service to take a look.
