Native Access legacy installer not working. cant install and auth my products

Hi,

Had to reinstall everything on new computer. apple 10.9.5 everything was working fine but now it needs native access to reinstall and auth everything again.

I downloaded the legacy version but it immediately wants to update and of course fails.

the latest version access 2 doesnt run on my computer. it says the following disk image couldn't be opened.

I can't run any songs at the moment! how can i reinstall and auth my products?

Is there an offline way to install and auth?

One user that had this issue late last fall reported that NI Support was able to assist with a scenario like yours.

All you can do is reach out and try.

Also note - Native Access v1 is scheduled for permanent shutdown on Feb 28.
