I couldn't find any request in our sytem. Did you use the same email address as for the forum? Do you have a request number?
How did you contact us? Is it about an issue with registration, hardware or a Maschine software issue?
I have a "fresh" support ticket created Jan 6. I'll report back here on how long a response takes.
My issue is with a an order I placed on Jan 6 using a $99 voucher. My payment was a legit credit card that "failed" to authorize. The order did not go through and it disappeared from my order history in my NI account.
When I attempted to purchase the same item using PayPal as a payment method, my $99 voucher was no longer available as it had been "used" already.
I hope this gets resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
