I have just bought brand new Maschine MK3 from retailer and licence is missing Maschine software. Support is not responding. Any idea how to chase this up? Thank you

As per the multiple forum posts already covering this topic for several weeks, contacting support is the correct procedure - but obviously we've just had the xmas and new year break, so once the staff return from their break, they will be busy dealing with the backlog, so be patient. 🙂
