The past two weeks have been incredibly frustrating. It started when I attempted to purchase the Traktor Pro 4 update but couldn’t, as the Native Instruments (NI) page kept refreshing every time I tried to buy the software. Then I tried logging in, but the same thing happened—the page kept refreshing. When I attempted to access Native Access, I encountered an error. I checked the Native Instruments site, where I found an article about a supposed fix. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I tried logging in again, but the site said “Access Denied.” Thinking I might have forgotten my password after 17 years of using the product (just trying to add a bit of humor to my frustration), I used the “Forgot Password” option. However, no email link was sent to my address. Now, I’m completely stuck and unsure what to do.
