I'm not sure if this is an order confirmation email,I Bought it 4 days ,but nothing happened ,still can't download.😭
This mail looks to me like an answer to a support request, but you just ordered something, that really doesn't make sense to me. Or do you made a request asking where your order got stuck? Today is holiday in germany, so i guess tomorrow someone from native will help you.
