Hello,
I own a Komplete Audio 2 and when the phantom power is on I can hear crackling noise if I use the headphones, even if my microphone is disconnected, this doesn't seem to happen when using the speaker. I tried to change headphones to make sure it wasn't them. is there anything I can do?

So, it's only when the phantom power is on, where is the postion of the knob under it, 100% input? Does it make a difference if you put 100% host or anywhere in between?
Can you try another USB socket, another USB cable?
Then if you can check on another computer. If it's the same then it's a faulty unit, get in touch with our hardware support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

Yest if I go 100% host I don't hear it. 100% input is quite loud.
I did try another USB port and cable.
I tried another PC and turning on the phantom power cause the crackling to appear.
