Kontakt 8 player not showing up in Native Access after adding Komplete Start bundle
I currently have the free kontakt 6 and 7 players in my Native access. I went to the Kontakt 8 player website and it said in order to get it I have to download the Komplete Start bundle. So I select that and I get to a page that says once I open Native access it should all be in there ready to install.
So I go in Native access and there are 8-10 things from Komplete Start ready to install.
But the one thing that isnt there is the Kontakt 8 player. I have been looking online for another way to download and install it but apparently the only way is to go to the site and download the komplete start bundle. I have refreshed the window. I have logged out and logged back in. I have restarted the computer. I did this last night. It is still not there this morning.
Can anyone help me figure out how to get this installed?

Just a bunch of HTML files
Actually there are no HTML files there they are all XML , the reason for you thinking that it's HTML is because Windows typically is setup to have your browser open the XML files because you do not have another program for it.

Try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Do you happen to know the path to the Native Access XML File? I cant find it.

Sorry, I searched and found the folder I should be looking in but it wasnt there. Just a bunch of HTML files

Ahhh ok cool thanks. Well I tried that and it did nothing. I just want to make sure I am clearly stating my issue. When I chose to download komplete start all of the apps went to native access for me to download. When I went to native access and started selecting each one to download and install I noticed that Kontakt 8 free player was not one of the apps that was sent to my native access to download. And there is no way to get kontakt 8 free player without downloading komplete start. Which I already did.
But I just opened a chat with NI support. Thank you for trying to help
