PDF of latest Kontakt 7 Manual
I'm still new to Kontakt, but need to get a handle on it, but the online manual is for Kontakt 8. I know it's mostly the same, but even the main display is different. I'm looking for a PDF of the latest V7.10. Can anyone point me to a link, please? I don't know why if NI insists on putting the User Manual on-line only, that they ONLY provide the latest version that not everyone is using. at least they could provide a link to the earlier versions. Perhaps it's there, but damned if I could find it. Also, a Google search turned up a V7.8 PDF, but that's the latest I could find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Also, bonus question: does NI actually provide technical support anymore? When I follow their links on their Support pages, I find something at the bottom that says "log in to contact support", which just takes me back to the starting page, and endless loop of nothing. I could find no way to submit a support request. There used to be a "chat" bubble bottom right as indicated in an earlier post (https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/32222/native-access#latest), but that no longer appears.

Well, there was no other version of the manual after 7.8. And here it is:
7.9 and 7.10 updates were mostly ksp stuff (for developers) and bugfixes.

Hello,
on my computer the chat still works, have you tried to log in before going to that page, on top you casn log in. Maybe clearing the browser cache could also help.

Regarding the chatbox not showing, do you have an adblocker? Have ou tried from another browser. The chat is definitely working, support is still there and i can tell you my colleagues are there and working hard at the moment ;)

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted(my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

I'm logged in, Adblocker disabled, latest version of Firefox, Windows 10. Definitely no Chat Bubble, unless it's invisible. Any other ideas? All links on this page return me to the same starting page, here.
Besides, we shouldn't be required to accept all cookies, or bear unsolicited ads, or give away our security profile just to get technical support for a $300 product. Amiright?0 -

Yes, but we're just trying to understand how/why you are experiencing this when no one else reported that at the moment. Have you tried another browser?

No, I don't have another browser (except Edge, and I don't use it if I don't have to). But I tired it anyway. Same thing. I even tried to log in and got THIS (correct email and pw was entered). I've never had a good experience with NI's website. I generally don't have such issues.

No, I don't have a problem logging in. My account works just fine. As mentioned in my first response, I was successfully logged in using my browser of choice, Firefox. I was just unable to log in via Edge (for some reason). My recommendation is that NI fire all of their web designers and start over. At this point, never mind. Thank you for your suggestions and for trying to help.
