What happens after isotope migration?

when I logged into oizotope product portal it told me I had to migrate my account and use my native access login.

But it didn’t tell me what happens next?

I don’t see my isotope products in NA or my account at NI.

What’s suppose to happen during this migration? You should post this somewhere so expectations are set.

Thanks.

All stays the same for now except that after the login migration then you will have to use your N.I. login credentials both at the iZotope website and in the iZotope Product Portal.

Of course the login migration is just a first step and N.I. over time will probably perform some kind of merge of accounts once everything is in place to do so.

Annoying that iZotope Product Portal seems incapable of remembering my login details

I just tried logging in to the Product Portal and , yes, had to re-enter log-in details. Then quit Product Portal (including close from running in tray on Windows). And then started program again and log-in were remembered. Then because I were writing this for you then I decided to reboot computer prior to finish writing this, which I did , and opened Product Portal again. So maybe double check ? As far as I remember then iZotope all the time have had an annoying tendency to require re-entering of log-in once in a while. I never opened the Product Portal often enough to find out how often it would do this but I am not sure that what you experience necessarily is a new thing unless that it happens every time that you quit product portal and then open it again ?

Anyway , if there is a problem then , as I am sure that you already know , we (in this case you) can only report it to support and then hope that they will fix it. Also even if should what you experience turn out to be a recently introduced issue then I think that N.I. / iZotope, for now, will consider it a casualty of merging the log-ins.
