Kontakt 8 upgrade
Hi all, recently purchased the Crossgrades or upgrade to Kontact 8, however I don't seem to have gotten or am able to download the Komplete 15 production pack, I don't have the extra play instruments, or anything else which is advertised on the web page. Basically all I have is the same as I had before the purchase other than leap, tools etc.

As explained by DiosGnosis then while "Kontakt 8 comes INCLUDED with NI's Komplete production bundle, in the Standard Tier and above." then that only means that the "Komplete production bundle, in the Standard Tier and above." include Kontakt 8, Klontakt 8 does not include the "Komplete production bundle".
Normally there is no refund once that you have bought the software other than sometimes given on grounds of e.g. incompatibility with computer. But if you have misunderstood the wording and wants try if you can get a refund on that ground then you can see if you can get a refund from N.I. Purchase Support. If you are referencing the website HERE you may have misread.
From the site: "Kontakt 8 comes INCLUDED with our Komplete production bundle, in the Standard Tier and above."
For clarity, Kontakt 8 is included in these Komplete Bundles (Standard, Ultimate, and Collector's Edition). You do NOT get these bundles when purchasing Kontakt 8.
As for the items missing that SHOULD have shipped with Kontakt 8, can you share a little more info please?
As much about your OS and hardware as you can and did you purchase through NI or another entity?

Thanks for responses all, yes seems I may have been caught up the hype, had watched the NI video and thought wow and bought it, I’m happy with it so no complaints on that front. Just again going to page today and it’s still offering me upgrades for it and maschine 3 so made me start thinking have I missed something here, as purchased both. Just sometimes I find half the Komplete stuff already has what I’ve already bought separate and installed so they don’t really seem viable to purchase outright.

The overall most economic way of acquiring N.I.'s own apps and libraries are to buy one of the Komplete 15 bundles at a sale. Komplete 15 being being only available recently we do not expect it to come on sale before some time next year - possibly at summer sale. At the moment you can only get the bundles at %50 off with hardware.
Also then for what people have then sometimes people try to sell previous purchases here N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade , though naturally selling stuff secondhand normally always incur a loss for seller.
