Does anybody know why I could loose my midi connection?

Hi There, I’ve connected my Korg monologue to my Machine Mk3, (machine-master, Korg-slave), audio back into machine, everything worked fine, but one day, while performing, midi connection stopped, I made a quick test by touching the korg’s keys and Still heard audio coming back to the machine, So definitely I lost midi connection,I restart machine2 and it works, but issue repeats,don’t understand why? Any tips?

There's a really old issue if using Maschine on windows with multiple midi ports. There was a long thread about it over on the old forum and some sort of registry hack that supposedly fixed it.

Ok, but is there any way to fix it? I,m concerned little bit if it happens while performance 🙏

I've not tried it. My solution was to not use maschine standalone on my computer; not specifically for this issue, but it was part of it.
