Ozone 11 advanced

in Komplete General

Hy there; I bought october Komplete 15 (as an update from 12), great - included was ozone 11 standard. Now there is the possibility to upgrade to Ozone advanced, but actually I am not able to select the crossgrade. It always says: "you do not qualify for cheaper payment"

Am I making something wrong?

    I have a qualifying K14 CE and I get same message so must definitely be a glitch here.

    If you qualify then you qualify . Only notice that if what you have is an otherwise qualifying license is e.g. a NFR (not for re-sale) license then it might not qualify.

    P.S. In case of any mishaps in connection with buying from the N.I. store (N.I. can not be responsible for sales on other stores) then you simply contact N.I. Purchase Support and they will sort you out. Just make sure that you qualify before buying, which you most certainly do in this case.

    Thanks ; this was help; I bought it now and it works. So it must be some sort of mistake; Maybe N.I. will repair it
