Sadly they stopped translating the manual. That link goes to the Traktor 3 version.
One could use the online manual and use the browser to translate though:

The forum is in English please use Google translate or deepl.
There isn't that much to read and most of the words would be Denglisch anyway because a translation wouldn't make sense, so where exactly do you need it in German?
Or do you not mean the UI at all but the operating instructions or the menu?

Aha there is now an online manual, I thought there was no new manual because most things apply to both versions haha.
