Subscription plugins displayed in Native Access library

Last year I took a free trial for the subscription plan and cancelled after the free trial, now all the plugins from the subscription are displayed in the Native Access library tab along with all the plugins I have from Komplete Ultimate and plugins I have purchased. This was not issue until recently as it only displayed the plugins that I had purchased, if I sort by available plugins it still displays everything that isn't installed and now I have no idea which plugins I own and which ones are from the subscription. Can the subscription be removed from my account as I only used it for a free trial and if not can the subscription plugins not be displayed in the library tab like it was until recently.

    Same here. Wish I could get these removed.

    I contacted support and they removed the serial number for the subscription from my account and now all subscription plugins aren't displayed in the library tab, but they did say there might be issues if I was to re-activate the subscription.

    So NI support can remove the serial number for the subscription? I was told by support a few days ago this cannot be done???

    My subscription shows as cancelled and the plugins no longer show up in Native Access so they can do something.

    This is your solution! Avoiding these products! It is impossible for me to walk through my library without problems.

    Solution

    Unfortunately, there is currently no way to remove or hide these products in Native Access.

    For the moment, we recommend visiting the Subscriptions tab in Native Access and verify the products from your cancelled subscription, and then avoiding these products in the Library tab.
