Hi boys and girls.
I know that this isn't the place to ask for such help, but at this point i have no clue how to proceed.
So, a short breakdown of my problem:
I want to upgrade from Pro 3 to Pro 4, however when I go ahead with the purchase, my card is declined for some reason.
Now I know that there is official support for that, but when I try to reach them, I'm told to log in to my account (which I am). When I click on the little person icon (the one where you can either sign in or log out) the support page refreshes, and I'm back to where I started with the support. It's basically a loop.
Any idea what I can do to resolve this, and has anyone else here had the same issue?
